Warranty & Returns
Vroop, LLC manufactures the Liveboard to very high standards and we are confident your Liveboard will perform well. We warranty our product against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original owner for a period of one year from  the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

Return/Exchange Policy:
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your Liveboard, please contact us directly for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) at: Returns@MyLiveboard.com. Please include the serial number (located on the rear panel of your Liveboard) and description of the problem in your email. All returns/exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item. Likewise, if you wish to return your purchase for a refund you must do so within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
